(Photo submissions begin on February 22nd 2011 but we will only post them to
the gallery starting February 23rd)

Ends: March 14th 2011
(Winners will be announced on March 15th 2011)
We reserve the right to stop accepting photo submissions
once 200 contestants are reached.
The voting however, will continue until March 14th 2011 at 11:59

WHO CAN JOIN ?
Anyone over the age of 16 with a facebook profile can join.
(Individuals under 18 must have parental consent)

CONTEST CONTESTANTS photo
folder on our facebook page.

The MEGA Prize will be awarded as seperate Gift Cards. The winner may transfer some of the prizes to other people if they do not need or plan on using parts of the MEGA Prize.
 


Contest Rules

1. Entry submissions to begin Friday February 22nd at 9pm and will end March 14th 2011 at 11:59pm.

2. You may only submit one photo.  Try to use a photo that clearly shows who you are.
  This will make it easier for friends and family to find your photo in the album.

3 We reserve the right to limit the amount of contestants.  Should the contest reach 200 contestants we will make a decision
to continue accepting more submissions or not. If we do proceed past 200 contestants, we will re-evaluate whether
or not to limit the amount at each subsequent 100 contestants.

4. We will try to post images within 4 hours of receiving them but it may take up to 24 hours to have a photo posted
in an album.

5. In the unlikely event that Facebook would shut down our page, the contest will restart from zero at a later date.
  Unlike a website, we are not in control of such decisions.  We have taken every precaution
possible to limit the chances of such an event happening.

6. There will be no "flaming" tolerated in the contest. Anyone who posts an unacceptable comment will
receive a warning.  If the person in question continues such behavior, they will be removed from
the contest without further notice.

7. For a "Like" to count as a vote, the person who has "Liked" your image must be a member of our
Facebook Daniel Lalande Photography group.  We will cross reference each vote for the top
three prizes.  Comments do not count as a vote.

8. Winners may redeem their prize between April 1st 2011 and March 31st 2012.

9. Prizes have no cash value.

10. Each winning voucher must be used in full unless otherwise stated. The mega package will contain multiple
vouchers broken down by sub package. (see above)

11. Bookings are limited to our availability. For the wedding package, it must be on a date where Daniel Lalande Photography
doesn not already have a wedding. As for all other sessions we are a by appointment studio only.
